Ingredients:
1 Loaf Stale, Crusty, Spanish or Artisan Bread
1/4 cup milk or water
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil - We recommend Crismona
2 Strips Bacon, diced
2 Links Chorizo Espanol, diced
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Roasted Red Pepper, in thin strips
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Pimenton de la Vera Spicy or Sweet


Method:


1. Dice the bread the day before and soak in milk or water over night in the refrigerator.

2. Fry bacon and sausage in olive oil, drain fat, leaving 2 tablespoon in pan.

3. Add peppers, saute until lightly browned.

4. Add garlic, cook until fragrant and soft.

5. Add bread,saute stirring frequently until golden brown

6. Season with Pimenton and salt

Serve while still very hot.
