Serves 2
Ingredients:
• 1 lb medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 6 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
• 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 2 Piri-Piri Peppers
• Sea Salt

Method:

1. Add Oil to pan and heat
2. Add Garlic and Peppers, cook about 1 minute
3. Add Shrimp, cook about 3-5 minutes overmedium heat
4. Season with Sea Salt
5. Serve with warm Bread and enjoy
